Describe Career Background
I’m graduated doctor degree from university in Vietnam since 2016, as a freshman doctor I got recommendation from my senior and started my career as anesthesiologist resident 6 months more there, After that I saw recruitment from Sunrise Japan Hospital Phnom Penh need potential staff, so I applied for job and be able to be a Sunrise member
I have been working here for 3 years as an Anesthesiologist and Emergency doctor.

Back to the time before joined Sunrise, As a Freshman doctor my dream is to be able to join a hospital which does not only provide me a job but also a good medical quality hospital that has concept to provides good education for staff, and then I saw that Sunrise Japan Hospital Phnom Penh is the best place to achieve my dream and to serve my people
What do you think about Sunrise Japan hospital?
After I joined Sunrise Japan Hospital, I got the feeling that this place more than just a working and educational place, but more like family, they inspired us not just to be professional staff but also to be a challenger, to be a leader, a teacher. Furthermore, they support both physical and emotional things.
My goal within this year I want to be able to manage my department well, to become a leader and keep improving my anesthesia skills more and more in the future ahead.
What is your hobby?
I like to listen to music and watching the movie, not only for entertainment but also it can provide me a lesson and English language skill.
