Health is very important for everyone I want to help our people, especially help sick people so that I decided to work with the medical field. And Sunrise Japan Hospital is a Standard Japanese Hospital in Phnom Penh, I want to be a part of it. Even though I am not medical staff but could support the backside of them to use the system smoothly. And I also want to get more experience with Japanese culture.
I felt I was so happy and proud of myself and all of the staff, medical and non-medical staff who work here. As we have known the quality of Japanese standard that the world accepted but besides that, all staff has to work hard to get what you realized it.

After joining as a member of Sunrise Japan Hospital, I felt that what I chose was correct with my decision. because they take care of staff, staff families, encourage and motivate staff, offer additional benefit more than labor law, have a fun time with all staff, yearly SJH Talk, a welcome party for new staff and get more experiences about Japanese culture and how to make effective work and professional and also know 6 Value, 5S, Kaizen, Ho Ren So, etc. All of these I hadn’t known before. And the staff
also, have a chance to training in Japan.

For my goals in this year, I would like to achieve my targets such as support all users to use the system of hospital smoothly, find better partners and save cost, support related departments with ERP and the goals for next year I’m continuing to find something new to support staff better and better. Especially, to know clearly about the related system in Sunrise Japan Hospital and to reach what management assigned for.
