Job Description

• Monitors daily running of mechanical, electrical equipment including motor, pumps, exhaust, and fresh air fans, air compressors, blowing motor, water boosting pump.
• Be able to repair the motor, electrical problem.
• Does the maintenance of the air-conditioning system (VRF HVAC).
• Has the skill to repair carpentry or masonry work.
• Checks and inspects the equipment running time to determine the preventive maintenance plan.
• Performs preventive maintenance and regular maintenance of equipment as scheduled.
• Responds immediately to emergency situations, equipment breakdowns, troubleshoots, electrical and mechanical problems.
• Performs other jobs which will be assigned from time to time.
• Makes daily report to supervisor for data check sheet.
• Performs other tasks assigned by managers.

Job Requirements

• Holding bachelor or associate of Mechanic/Electrical engineering with more than one year of experience
• Be able to use AutoCAD
• Language ability: fluent in Khmer and can use English for daily communication
• Willing to learn new things, improve knowledge and continue learning
• Ability to build good interpersonal relationships and work well in a team
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize job tasks

Working conditions

• Working places: Sunrise Japan Hospital Phnom Penh
• Working days: 5 days per week
• Working hours:
  • Option 1: 6:30 – 15:30 (1 hour for a meal break)
  • Option 2: 15:20 – 00:20 (1 hour for a meal break)
  • Option 3: 22:00 – 7:00 (1 hour for meal break)

• Days off, holiday: in turn (rotation) of days off, and public holiday
• Salary: Based on our policy
• Pay change: Twice a year (January and July)
• Allowances: Overtime, commuting allowance, housing allowance, seniority payment, learning support and so on
