Job Description

• Performs rehabilitation for outpatients and inpatients at the hospital with neurovascular, musculoskeletal, and cardiorespiratory diseases. (From acute to chronic phase)
• Provides rehabilitation during home visit. (Provide home-based program)
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and medical history to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
• Executes other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from physical therapy training school/university
• Language ability: fluent in Khmer and be able to use English for communication
• Willing to learn, improve knowledge and continue learning
• Having the ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize job tasks
• Candidate from Cambodia Physical Therapy Association member is a priority

Working conditions

• Working days: 5 days per week
• Working hours: 8.00 – 18.00 (include 1-hour lunch break)
• Days off: in turn (rotation) of days off (2 days off per week)
• Salary: Based on our policy/ Up to your achievement and contribution
• Pay change: Twice a year (January and July)
• Allowances: Overtime, commuting allowance, rental support allowance, seniority payment, learning support, 13-month salary, and so on
• Welfare: NSSF and Medical support by SJH
