Job Description

• Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
• Managing and developing marketing campaigns
• Overseeing campaigns on social media.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
• Planning and organizing events.
• Building relationships between healthcare personnel and patients.
• Positioning the medical center’s products.
• Designing hospital brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials.
• Posting and editing content on the hospital’s website, and social media channels.
• Managing the team members and keep improving the team’s performance.

Basic Requirements

• Preferably passionate about working in the healthcare field
• Excellent interpersonal skills, superb leadership, and communication abilities
• Solid knowledge of social media and web analytics
• Solid understanding of research techniques
• Passionate about working in a challenging environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Skill Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
• Sufficient computer proficiency is required
• Marketers must frequently use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and email software applications
• Candidates should be able to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Working conditions

• Working days: 5 days per week
• Working hours: 8.00 – 17.00 (include 1-hour lunch break)
• Days off: days off (2 days off per week)
• Salary: Based on our policy/ Up to your achievement and contribution
• Pay change: Twice a year (January and July)
• Allowances: Overtime, commuting allowance, housing allowance, seniority payment, learning support, 13-month salary, and so on
