General Surgeon (1 position)

Job Description

  • Perform emergency surgical procedures, including appendectomies, hernia repairs, cholecystectomies, and other abdominal surgeries.
  • Manage trauma cases that require surgical intervention.
  • Perform preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management of patients.
  • Perform examinations to confirm that patients are strong enough to undergo surgery, explain the procedures, and discuss the risks involved.
  • Work closely with anaesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure patient safety during procedures.
  • Conduct detailed patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Interpret test results such as imaging (X-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds) and laboratory tests to diagnose surgical conditions.
  • Formulate appropriate treatment plans, including deciding when surgery is necessary.
  • Monitor patients' recovery following surgery, ensuring timely detection and management of complications.
  • Provide follow-up care, wound management, and pain control.
  • Coordinate with rehabilitation teams to facilitate patient recovery.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including internists, radiologists, and oncologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Consult with specialist surgeons for complex cases that may require expertise beyond general surgery.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and their families, explaining the risks, benefits, and alternatives of surgical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including clinical notes, test results, and treatment updates.
  • Participate in on-call rotas, responding to patient emergencies, and providing necessary medical interventions outside regular working hours.

Endoscopist (1 position)

Job Description

  • Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other relevant procedures.
  • Use endoscopic equipment to visualize and treat conditions of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, such as removing polyps, controlling bleeding, or taking biopsies.
  • Perform endoscopic examinations, including esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
  • Ensure that all procedures are carried out safely and effectively in compliance with clinical standards and protocols.
  • Assess and evaluate patients’ medical histories and symptoms to determine the need for endoscopic procedures.
  • Monitor patients following endoscopic procedures to ensure stable recovery and identify any immediate complications
  • Obtain informed consent and explain procedures to patients and their families.
  • Provide post-procedure instructions regarding medications, follow-up visits, and lifestyle changes
  • Work closely with gastroenterologists, surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including clinical notes, test results, and treatment updates.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists) to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Attend clinical meetings, case discussions, and departmental briefings to stay updated on medical practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to further develop medical knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in on-call rotas, responding to patient emergencies, and providing necessary medical interventions outside regular working hours.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate handover of patients at the end of shifts.

Physical Therapist (2 positions)

Job Description

  • Performs rehabilitation for outpatients and inpatients at the hospital with neurovascular, musculoskeletal, and cardiorespiratory diseases. (From acute to chronic phase)
  • Provides rehabilitation during home visit. (Provide home-based program)
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and medical history to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Job Description

    1. Finance and Accounting operations

  • 2. Reporting
